Julian Prezas was seen as the leader in the funneling crime, which also included other soldiers.

Some of the guns it is believed Prezas purchased, includes AK-47s and AR-15s.

The thirty-six (36) year-old is facing five(5) counts of lying on federal firearms forms.

The military recruiter's was orarrested in 2015 for the incident, sentencing is scheduled to take place in March.
